If shop is used for a commercial operation, additional electricity charges may be included. Tenant will pay for gas, water, and potentially garbage. Because of the two units on the same property, some of this will need to be negotiated based on the specific rental situation. Tenant requirements include a 3x total combined income and 670 credit scores. All tenants must undergo a credit and background check. Application fees are $40 per person and are non-refundable. Work, tenant, and criminal histories will be checked. The property will continue to be shown until an approved applicant submits a security deposit to reserve the property until their move in date.
