There are a few different floor plans however depending on when you want to move, we cannot guarantee a certain floor plan. Water is included in rent as well as sewer and trash. Electric is set up in your name with HEC. Lease a parking space of your own for just $50/month and never worry about parking! Otherwise parking is on a first come, first serve basis. There is not enough parking for each apartment unit. The parking deck offers free 12 hour parking from 7pm to 7am and the Municipal Building 1 block down offers free 24 hour parking as long as your car doesn't sit for more than 24 hours at a time.
