Additionally, the first floor includes a living room, a dining room with seating for 8, and a large kitchen with plenty of counter space for prepping your favorite meals. Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two with king beds. The master bedroom features a canopy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a small balcony with seating for two. An additional full bathroom is also located on this floor. The home offers a large kitchen with ample counter space, perfect for preparing meals. Entertainment options include an old-school Nintendo 64 with Mario and 007, as well as a wireless PacMan game. Relax outside in the spacious hot tub, with enough seating for 7. The yard can be fully fenced and the detached garage has enough room for 2 vehicles. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. This property is within walking distance to the RTA station, which can take you to downtown Cleveland, and is a short drive from all the Ohio City and Gordon Square bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Turn off jets after use. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
