Rest easy on high-quality memory foam mattresses, premium bedding, and plush towels. Perfect for families and large groups, it can accommodate up to 5 cars. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. You’ll also be 2.3 miles to Irving Convention Center and the Toyota Music Factory, featuring an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. The pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The garage is remodeled for a ping pong table, and the pool table is out of service. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
