About This Property

This property is located about 5 blocks of highway 99 and less than two blocks from 47th Avenue. Tenant may maintain landscape personally, or pay a monthly fee of $75 for service to be provided by owner. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. (water, sewer and trash will be posted to tenants ledger while SMUD/PG&E will be in Tenants name) Please note that this property is not currently rent ready. Our office will not be able to perform a showing until the property is ready to rent. Please do not disturb any occupants. Application will be reviewed on a first come, first reviewed basis. If you submit an application, you are allowing our office to run the initial background check after which time you will be put in the queue until the property is ready for showing. If you submit your application but are unable to wait for the property to be ready, you will be allowed a full refund.
