Good windows with super highly efficient gas forced air furnace. Save on heat bills. There is a large back yard. 1/2 basement with laundry hook-ups. Located close to Moon Township and Pittsburgh International Airport. Within 30 minutes of downtown Pittsburgh, Oakland CMU University of Pittsburgh, Interstate 376 and 279 and 79, Pennsylvania Turnpike, Century III Mall, Monroeville Mall, Waterfront Entertainment Area, North Shore Area, Southside, and Station Square. Tenant does all snow removal of sidewalks and yard work. Tenant pays all utilities. House is available right now. and looking to get rented right away. We do not care when you need to move in, as long as you are paying the rent. May accept small dog(under 35lbs with extra security and extra rent each month. Tenants Qualifications: 1)Adequate Documented Provable Income. (Example Full Time work W-2, paychecks, Pension, Retirement Income, Veterans benefits). Must be gainfully working full time in same Job or Career for at least one year more. 2)Credit Check. We can work with some issues with credit with last month rent paid in full.
