Please book via our AirBnB listing.Staying more than 30 days? Stays over 30 days require a rental application and lease signing with us. The lease term can be month-to-month or for specific dates.Landlord lives on-site. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash) and high-speed internet (around 40 mbps) are included in the rent.Security deposit of $1,000 due at lease signing. A $150 cleaning fee is withheld at the end of the lease.Pet-friendly with an additional pet fee of $50 for up to one dog or two cats. We ask that pets are leashed and supervised when outdoors as there other neighborhood pets around. Pet waste must be promptly removed. The yard is not fenced.All adults over the age of 18 must complete an application that includes an employment history, residence history, background check, and credit check. We screen your application for free. An application is required prior to any virtual or in-person showings, if applicable.
