Walk score 97. A wonderful place for someone who wants to live in a building where you know your neighbors - this place used to be my home and I can attest there are many kind, community-minded people in this building. All people and pets welcome here :) Lots and lots of storage space. New closets in all bedrooms as well as shelving and drawers in the bathroom (including a drawer for laundry). Underfloor heating in bathroom. There's also an extra toilet in the common hallway right outside, when it comes time to host parties again and you need that additional toilet! Amenities include bicycle room and laundry room on the same floor. Laundry is in-building and uses an app instead of the old quarters system. 3 minutes walk to the nearest coffee shop Trubistro, 6 minutes to URL Coffee on Broadway, 6 minutes to the nearest bar which is 1,148ft away (The Hideout). Capitol Hill, Downtown, International District and Central District all close by as well. Accessibility: there are about 6 steps and a hallway to get to the condo. The laundry is on the same floor, 2 doors away. The condo is currently furnished in the main bedroom with a Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress and West Elm bed though these can be removed if preferred. Please contact us for a viewing appointment anytime. All people welcome here, and pets too! Parking: This condo is located within an RPZ so you can apply to the city for a local street parking permit if you have a car. This pass allows you to park on the street without paying the hourly fee. There are also several private parking garages in the vicinity. Internet: Gigabit internet is installed and connected, $60/month on top of rent. Minimum lease term: 6 months Maximum lease term: 15 months Security deposit: $2,500 Maximum of 4 people accepted on the lease Credit/income check: after tax, take home income (or combined take home income if there are multiple applicants) is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent) but still please feel free to apply/contact us if you have concerns about not passing, happy to talk through any concerns and see if we can come to an arrangement that works for everyone. Collections check: no rent or utility bills in collections Positive references for the last 2 housing providers where you rented. We accept reusable tenant screening reports if you have one that's been run in the last 3 months. Feel free to contact us with any other questions you might have!

Located in Downtown Seattle, First Hill is the city’s first neighborhood. The historic neighborhood is also known as “Pill Hill” for its abundance of medical and research institutions, such as Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason Medical Center. First Hill is also home to Seattle University and the famed Frye Art Museum. Defined by steep hills, First Hills juxtaposes the old and new with historic brick apartment buildings, modern high-rise apartments, and charming houses. First Hill is extremely walkable and there are a variety of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood for residents to enjoy. Living in First Hill also places resident minutes from some of the city’s most popular hotspots like Capitol Hill, the International District, and Lower Queen Anne, home of the iconic Space Needle. First Hill has several rail stations and Interstate 5 runs on the western edge of the neighborhood making traveling through downtown easy.
