It is in a large back yard with a large pool on a pretty tree lined street full of 1950’s houses. There is a parking space in the driveway for the tenant of this house. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. This light and bright pool house has a sofa bed in the living area, a half bathroom with a shower, and a full kitchen with stove and fridge provided. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room that is strong enough to cool the whole place. The French doors open out on to a patio area for the tenant’s use. This property used to have a bed provided, if you would like one to be included please let me know. Amazing location, close to the Orange line and subway, 10 mins to Universal Studios and Disney, 25 minutes to Beverly Hills, close to Westfield Sherman Oaks. Plenty of shopping and walk to stores. Close to major fwys 170 /101 / 405. Pet friendly with extra deposit but pet must get along with other pets and children. SAFE/SECURE/VIDEO CAMERA SURVEILLANCE NO SMOKING NO DRUGS Deposit one month’s rent (without pet) plus one month rent in advance. Background and credit check will be needed. $35 Fee.
