As for the location, Beachwood is historic and a little gem not everyone know about. It's in the Hollywood Hills under the Hollywood sign, it's got a very cool artistic vibe filled with a lot of creatives. It's got a peaceful vibe - we literally have deer, coyote, and even a bobcat in our backyard. It's amazing that it's isolated but close enough to the city to make it easy for you to get there and quickly get to the fwy access but in the hills. A great place and for the price, it's tough to find a better place in the hills where we are located. Thanks for you interest.
