Feel right at home in this beautifully upgraded two bedroom + den, Palm Springs townhouse in Mountain Shadows, located on the fairway of the Arnold Palmer managed Tahquitz Creek Golf Course in south Palm Springs. With approximately 1500 square feet, this property provides plenty of space for relaxation inside and outside on one of three private patios. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are located upstairs with two full baths, while downstairs the additional den with sleeper sofa and half bath are perfect for stay over guests. The recently upgraded interior features comfortable furnishings, cathedral ceilings, plenty of amenities and spectacular golf and mountain views. The patio is only steps from 1 of 6 pools. All of this in a security gated complex with free tennis, large spa, wonderful walking path and a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse where you can enjoy a great breakfast or lunch on the green with spectacular views of the course and Palm Springs' mountains. This vacation rental includes: -Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. This unit is not pet friendly. You will be required to pay a $125 - $250 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a $1000 security deposit. The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. The cleaning fee and damage waiver are non-refundable. No Pets Allowed (RLNE3151025) Other Amenities - Furnished, Other- wifi, linens provided, Pool. Appliances - Washer & Dryer.
