Great Landlord!!
The apartment is cute and cozy, but way to small for for a family of 3. If you are looking for something for just yourself or 2 adults it's perfect. Shopping plaza is right right around the corner which is perfect! The elementary school is in the backed yard also. Very quiet considering everyone around there has children. Recently changed landlords about a year ago and he is very nice and understanding.
