The kitchen does include a stove & refrigerator. NEW total bathroom renovation! The living room has a closet and the bedroom has a built-in cabinet. NEW paint throughout the entire apartment! We pay all of the utilities to give you the best rate for budgeting. Those will be $150 per month and includes electric, heat, water, & sewer. The total of $1050 will be due the first of each month. Included with rent is the trash service, lawn care and snowplowing! We hope to install laundry facilities in the basement soon. *Please note* This property does observe quiet hours.
