Its a nice spot in the city, close to alot that youd need. Landlord doesnt keep up with property enough. Bunch of water damage inside. Its super spacious tho with good zied rooms and kitchen. Price for that seems reseasonable but its in the middle of the hood. The casino is what is making it so exspenive. Crackheads will try to break into ur car.
