We have a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house available for rent that features hardwood flooring throughout the home. The home includes a front porch as well as a back deck, perfect for enjoying summer days. The house comes with essential appliances such as a stove and refrigerator, along with hookups for a washer and dryer. Parking options consist of a detached garage for one vehicle, in addition to available street parking. All three bedrooms are very large along with the family and dining room. We will allow one dog or cat for an additional $75/month fee. Rent is $1500 per month. A $1500 deposit along with a background check (tenant pays) is required.
