The condo features a one level layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entry to your home features its own keyless smart lock keypad with your own designated code for your stay! Parking won’t be an issue here as each condo has a designated off-street parking space next to the home! There is a cafe located beneath the neighboring condo. The open living space, with ample seating and a smart TV, off of the kitchen and dining room makes the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing evening. All stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ample closet space and en suite. The master bathroom is roomy with a large sink and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with closet space on either side of the bed. All of the beds feature high end white bedding and linens for your hotel-like stay as you call this place your home. **Please note minimum 30-night stay per city regulations. ** NO PETS ALLOWED. French Quarter Neighborhood- The French Quarter is the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Crowd-pleasing Bourbon Street features jazz clubs, Cajun eateries and raucous bars serving potent cocktails. Quieter streets lead to the French Market, with gourmet food and local crafts, and to Jackson Square where street performers entertain in front of soaring St. Louis Cathedral. Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
