There is less traffic pollution and activity in this neighborhood as opposed to Del Norte BART or the area between San Pablo Ave and Highway 80. - One block from the nicer, less busy El Cerrito Plaza BART - Located 4 blocks east (Hills side) of San Pablo Ave. 10 blocks away from the traffic and exhaust from freeway 80. - Convenient location: Three blocks from El Cerrito Plaza shopping center, Luckys, Ross, Starbucks, CVS Drugs, Trader Joes, Bed Bath and Beyond, Peets Coffee, Barnes and Noble. Several blocks from, Marshalls, Pacific East Mall, Fat Apples. - 5 min. drive to Albany Solano Ave. - 8 min. drive to Kensington - 12 min. drive to Berkeley - 45 min. BART to SF - 20 min.
