No matter what you do, please do not sign a lease here. The property managers have left the entire building with no gas, hot water and heat since May 11th 2023. It’s been two weeks and still no response from them about when this will be fixed. Except you like cold shower and do not cook, please do not rent here. There are also roach and bed bug issues.
