We - your landlords - would also love to take advantage of the double entrance and use it as a shared home gym, if the space is not otherwise needed and it is something you are comfortable with! Otherwise, the door shuts and locks from the inside for your comfort and sense of security. Straight ahead when you enter is a small mudroom with coat hooks and a coat closet for additional storage. Through there is another multipurpose space, great for a dining and living room combination. Here, the morning sunlight is best and creates a beautiful glow. Off that room is a small room that works as a bedroom or an office space. Through the multipurpose room, you're led to the spacious kitchen with tall cabinetry and a kitchen island great for dining with stools or preparing a home-cooked meal. Off the kitchen is a bathroom, the laundry space, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom boasts large closet space and a small built-in display shelf. Lastly, some bonuses: direct access to the shared basement (our entry is via the cellar door outside), a back sunroom/porch for your enjoyment, a backyard where our dogs and ducks occasionally roam, and a garage for more storage (sadly, ironically, our driveway configuration does not allow access to the garage). Some technical details: • Your entrance is keyed as well as offers a keypad for more convenient entry. • Parking will be on the street. • All utilities are included in the $800/month price. Violation of this requirement will result in eviction. • We are open to painting; hanging decor should be done with Command Strips or similar due to the nature of the drywall. • We have some furnishings we would be happy to lend to you during your rental period, however long. If you are not interested, we'll simply store them away! • We just replaced all our windows! Our next big project is waterproofing the basement. This is anticipated to be done in December or January. It will take 2-3 days and should minimally disrupt you; however, as a courtesy, we will credit you $50 towards that months' rent.
