Community includes a secured, manned gate, clubhouse with expansive deck, high-altitude swimming pool, stocked trout pond that doubles as an ice rink in the winter, community sledding hill, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and a playground. Home is on a wooded lot and community has miles of trails that merge into the Pike National Forest. 1 small dog under 40 lbs allowed. Unit is fully furnished. 6 month lease only. This property does require a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle during the winter. 6 month lease minimum. NON SMOKING! Dogs allowed upon approval and with a $35 non-refundable monthly pet fee.
