Full Kitchen with newer stainless steel fridge/freezer, antique gas stove/oven. Tiled Floor and dual sink. 1 Full Bath with white marble tiled shower. Washer and Dryer hookups, and we will donate our Washer and Dryer if you need them. Living room has vaulted wooden ceiling with 2 skylights. Original wood floors. All rooms have double pained windows to make the house even quieter. 3 bedrooms. It's currently setup as a 2 bedroom, the wall between two of them was removed to create a larger one with connected office. It can be reconfigured. 300 sq/ft basement for storage or man cave. Pet Friendly No Smoking Inside Includes Gardener and Solar Panel System Some of the yard is not landscaped, just dirt. Steps!
