Beach House has a marsh front community pool for guest use and is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic,Jacksonville Beaches,historic St Augustine,Downtown Jacksonville,Mickler's Landing etc. Rates do not include taxes,cleaning fees,reservation fees and damage protection fees. $75 electric fee per month.
