The three neighborhoods that make up Avalon-Bellevue-Ben Avon are also known as the “tri borough communities.” Nestled along the Ohio River just north of Downtown Pittsburgh, Avalon, Ben Avon, and Bellevue encompass a relatively diverse suburban swath of southwestern Pennsylvania.
