Thank you all for all the hard work you guys put in to make this community safe for all the tenants that lives here. You guys are always on top of everything and I couldn't ask for more. Great community, wonderful management personel, and excellent maintenance service at all times.

I lived in the community for five years at one time. Unfortunately I left for a year. Worst mistake I ever made. So glad I was able to return. This is truly home.

I have been a resident for 7 years and I can say my experience has been positive. When I have had issues in the past , the staff has always addressed them in a timely manner. The up keep of the building is nice and I feel safe coming in my building at night. I love coming home to my home.

I have been living here going on 7 years and it feels like home. The buildings are kept clean and it is very quiet to my liking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm a satisfied tenant her at 62Eleven apts.

I liked it so much here, this was my first choice when I moved back to Maryland. Pleasantly surprised that management was still here and they remembered me!

This is a quite apartment community. The staff are all nice and welcoming. My first stay here was because it was close to my job. This is my second stay. I left the state and when I knew I was coming back, this was the only choice! There’s a grocery store and plenty of restaurants in walking distance and it’s minutes from shopping and entertainment venues. The Army base is not far either. I feel safe here…

I've been a resident at Penniman Park for a few years now, and I can say it's a great place to live, an staff is friendly an helpful.

The staff are very nice and welcoming! This is my 2nd lease in living in these apartment and it has been a great home so far, definitely no complaints from me. The amenities are fantastic and the clubhouse is to check for! :)

Perfect two bedroom apartment! Lots of storage space, walk in closet in master bedroom which is a plus! Great community and close to highways for commuting to work and great restaurants near by!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The property is clean, staff has been extremely kind and helpful. Response time from the office and maintenance has been great.

Awesome community that is near everything and major highways, all the major amenities, quiet neighborhood with no issues, will plan to stay after my initial cotnract is up! :)

I have lived in this neighborhood for a couple of years, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The team that works there goes above and beyond with resident services. The perks are lovely, they engage with the community from food trucks to donation drives for the schools. I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a place in Howard county.

The place is nice, but when is time to fix something that is broken, it will take forever to get back and fix it, sometimes you have to call a few times to remind them, completely unacceptable

I don’t have anything bad to say. Anything I need I feel like I can talk to staff and the issue will be resolved. We had an issue with packages going missing but honestly that’s anywhere you go.. other than that, we are happy. I would also like to give a huge thanks to the lady the cleans up builds at 6 am as well as the maintenance team. They are excellent and I couldn’t ask for better people to be around.

Management is non-existent and takes days to respond to issues. Dog poop is everywhere, there should be a dog park for the amount of dogs here. And let me not forget about the pool, it’s 4x4 and you have to pay for guest passes, but where will they swim. Lastly, no matter how clean you try to keep your carpet, it gets dirty and spotty regardless because it’s cheap and you will be charged when you move, to replace it. They really don’t deserve a star.

I have been a resident at Penniman Park going on 6 years and I can say so far a great experience. Penniman Park is very family oriented and for the most part peaceful. There is nothing like coming home to a peaceful environment. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love you guys, . Have a wonderful holiday and be safe!!!!

Love my apartment. Maintenance staff is wonderful, Devon and Gerrod are always out working around the property. Office staff is great too. The only issue I have is residents not picking up after their dogs and sometimes the kids play in the road but this is every where you would move. Other than that I’m very happy with my apartment

From the moment I walked in to the moment I signed my lease, I have loved every minute of it. This is the best decision I have ever made. The staff is so helpful, the minute I sat down with Ashlynn she was attentive and super friendly! I can't wait for my move in!!!!

my first apartment on my own and i am in love. Imani and Christina in the office are great, they seem to genuinely care about us. the maintenance staff has been amazing. i had a bad leak from a water heater and they were on top of it right away and made it like nothing even happened! my apartment is huge and the neighborhood is quiet too. definitely recommend

I have lived here for about 2 years and I love it. My apartment is large and has everything I need. The maintenance guys Devon and Gerrod are great. They respond quick to any issues I have. The only down side is some of the people that live here just don’t clean up after their dogs, which is stupid since there are dog stations around, I use them regularly so I don’t understand. Other than that I am very happy here

Christina made the entire process fluent and very transparent. Coming from sales, communication and the delivery of a clients expectations are key. Christina and her team made the entire process fluent, professional, and accommodating.

Christina is an amazing property manager, always going above and beyond for us residents. The events she coordinates are fun and always a good time. She always addresses needs right away and is all around pleasant to be around. 10 out of 10 would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.

Gorgeous property and amenities. The property Manager Christina was extremely helpful and answered all questions that I had.

Terrible to none in terms of management. No clue what's going on in the buildings, nor does anyone care. It's all window-dressing. Noise is unbelievable. Don't plan on sleeping.

Please don't waste your time and money. Management is non-existent.

My daughter has recent moved in to Penniman Park with a roommate. So far the experience has been great. This is her first apartment so this is a big move for her. She worked with Christina in the office with her application. Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable and on top of any questions my daughter had. Maintenance did have to come to the apartment right after moving in but the items that needed to be replaced were already communicated to my daughter (the items were on back order) beforehand so she was aware. Maintenance was very respectful of the apartment being their home and also helped walked her through using some of the things in the apartment that she was unsure of. So far the experience has been wonderful. As a parent i would definitely recommend Penniman Park.

When I first toured the staff made me feel so welcomed! I was greeted by the Jay the leasing agent, she was very knowledgeable about the and made sure to answer all of my questions which put me at ease because I definitely had a few. Now they didn't have any apartments to show but she made sure to show me videos and pics of the place and told me if I applied once my apartment was ready that I could come and see it. She introduced my to both the managers and they were very friendly. I love that the place is so close to my job! The process for applying has been a breeze as well. The staff has made sure be very attentive to my needs at all times. I can't wait for move in day.

I have lived at Penniman Park for about 3 years and I absolutely love it here. The manager, Christina is super friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue. The other manager Imani is great. She helped me work through a tough patch with COVID. Maintenance always responds to my tickets timely and I always see them outside picking up trash and cleaning the buildings. My apartment is awesome. I love the kitchen, I’m a chef so it’s perfect for me. My only complaint is some of these residents do not know how to clean up after them self. They throw trash next to the dumpster instead of inside and write on the walls. I’m not sure why people do these things since they live here too. It’s sad.

This is long overdue but I had the opportunity to work with Tristan a few weeks ago. He was very welcoming from the moment I walked to the leasing office, and he was very informative during the tour.He was very nice and understanding of what I was looking for and the space I needed and could relate. He was willing to work with me and update me if something came available. Also, if you're a fan of quiet apartments like me, then here might be the place for you. I would recommend this place to anyone based off the first impression

The staff here is remarkable that's all that really matters because if you have great staff then the Living situation is awesome Honestly for being in this area for the amount of time we have been I wish we would have picked here 1st but I'm happy that we are here

Living here has been a joy! The property is beautiful and the staff is so nice and responsive. Anything problems I have with my apartment Gerrod makes sure it is taken care of so quickly that I barely even notice there was an issue and Christina might be the nicest manager I have ever met! Everyone is so friendly and they really make me feel at home!!!

The property management along with the maintenance team are quick to respond and resolve any issues you may have. I’ve lived here for 5 years. The customer service is excellent.

Although everyone I came in contact with was polite, helpful and professional my issues were with the conditions of the apartment. Also how much time it takes for service request to get resolved. I had to purchase my own clothes dryer because the dryer that was in the unit was filthy grimy dirty. The oven is dirty. The package pick up system does not work as it should because I have gotten messages from the senders that my package was delivered only to go to the mail room and it not be there. I also think the garage fee is too much.

I LOVE living here! It will be 2 years in May. My building is quiet with very little traffic coming and going. That kind of privacy is rare in apartment living but so much appreciated. I rent a garage and I also rent a storage unit. They give you the option to choose what garage and storage unit that is available that’s closest to your unit. The 2 times I did have neighbors getting loud I called the front office and just that fast the neighbors had quieted down. You can’t expect to have 100% peace and quiet 24/7 living in an apartment anyways. There is an elevator and walking ramp in every building so whatever age you may be or whatever age your visitors may be, coming and going is not a problem. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and I love the layout of the apartment. One bedroom and bathroom is on the right side and the other bedroom and bathroom is on the left side. So if you have a roommate or an overnight guest there is plenty of privacy for both parties. The maintenance is quick to getting around to fixing whatever needs to be fixed. The front office has always been nice to me. The cars coming and going are respectful with the speed limit. There is a package room for deliveries and they have it set up for each building number. I looked at a few places in this area but once I saw this place, that was it. I just had to live here! I will stay here as long as the rent doesn’t increase too much when my lease is up. This is the Princess Royal of apartments in Elkridge.
