Adorable carriage house apartment downtown Carbondale two blocks from Main Street. The location can not be beat!! Fully furnished. Memory foam king mattress in one bedroom, same memory foam queen mattress in the second bedroom with a small desk. Washer/dryer in unit. Wood floors. We could remove furniture for the right tenant. Private entrance, private deck, private access and dedicated parking for one car only. There is additional public parking two houses over. Steep exterior steps. This unit is in our backyard but faces towards the alley so it is private for both our home and this home. However, the unit still is in our backyard and is upstairs from our work from home office so the fit has to work for both of us. Pets possible with extra cleaning requirements and must be quiet. Wifi included, utilities included as well depending on the number of people. Credit/background/rental references/first/last/deposit
