The kitchen, dining room, and living room have beautiful hardwood floors. A patio and large backyard can be accessed through the kitchen and dining room. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second level. The basement includes a rec-room area and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The unit includes a one-car garage. Tenants' responsibilities include covering the costs of all utilities (gas, electricity, water) and taking care of snow removal and lawn mowing for their half of the duplex. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Please contact the owner to schedule a viewing. The owner will provide an application form to interested renters. An application fee of $25 per adult will apply. Qualified renters will have a good rental history, a clean credit record, a credit score of at least 700, and income equivalent to at least 3x the rent. The application fee will be refunded for qualified renters who sign a lease.
