No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
