Completed applications can be dropped off in the mail slot in our front door with a copy of your photo id, and your application fee which is $25 for the first adult and $10 for each additional adult (money order only). All adults residing on our property must complete an application. After we run your application, we will give you a call to proceed. We do not do online applications.
