Now available. Drop by to pick up applications, available in person only 24/7. Westerville Schools. All electric, central air, large storage closets, assigned parking, on site office, front and back private entrances, you pay only electric, and the water that you use (no gas). No pets, no dishwasher, no basement. We do credit and background checks. Completed applications can be dropped off in the mail slot in our front door with a copy of your photo id, and your application fee which is $25 for the first adult and $10 for each additional adult (money order only). All adults residing on our property must complete an application. After we run your application, we will give you a call to proceed. We do not do online applications.
