Our apartments are located on West 82nd Street between Columbus and Central Park West, one block from the Museum of Natural History, a one minute walk to Central Park and one block from the subway (A/B/C/D and 1/2/3 lines). The apartments are regularly renovated and updated. The apartments are all private - you get the entire apartment. There is a Queen sized bed (4R has a full), nightstand, alarm clock, dresser in the bedroom. There is a couch that folds down into a very comfortable queen-sized bed, end tables a large closet. 1F, 1R and 3R have desks. 1R, 3R and 4R have a 4 person table. 5F has a two person table. All have a full bathroom with tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave toaster and coffee maker. There are plates, cups, cutlery, basic cooking equipment, and basic food supplies. The apartments have digital cable TV, surround sound stereo, Wireless high-speed internet, air conditioning, ironing board & iron, and a hair dryer. The apartments are NO SMOKING. Bedding (350 thread count sheets), linens and towels are provided. Easy access to Columbia University, Lincoln Center, Museum of Natural History, Broadway Theaters, Midtown and the Financial District. Heat, water and hot water are included in the rent. Electric and cooking gas is at cost, pro-rated and deducted from the deposit. Cable/internet is $2.50/day, deducted from the deposit. The deposit is one month's rent. Stays of under 90 days are at the higher listed rent.
