This apartment has been recently remolded has new flooring doors, and trim, and updated cabinets. Included in rent: high speed internet with Metronet, refrigerator, stove and oven. Free parking in a tenant only parking lot. There is no laundry in the units but FREE laundry in the building! Tenant is responsible for electricity through City of Ames and gas through Alliant. Across the street from Lincoln Center Hyvee, and down the road from Target, Walmart and restaurants on South Duff. Cy-ride bus stop are right on the corner! Super convenient location! $950 per month, and $950 security deposit. $50 for application and must be able to pass a background check!
