Non-Smoking Complex. Sorry, no pets. I love animals but no exceptions. Everything is freshly painted New never used shower / tub Newer appliances (refrigerator & stove) Note: No Dishwasher and No Microwave Newer double pane vinyl sliding door Entry way, kitchen and bathroom tile flooring, all other areas light carpeting, Mirrored Wall and Large Closet. Large Balcony There is a bookshelf / divider that separates the living area from bedroom area. A Queen or Double size bed will fit best. King will probably be too big. 1 parking space Resort style amenities including 2 Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, Fitness Center overlooking the pool and ocean, Fitch’s Kitchen Snack Shop/Market on the premises (fresh sandwiches, burgers, pasta, coffee, soda, wine, beer, etc.), Barbeques at the pools, Elevators, Garden Walking Paths and much more. Laundry is in the building (pay) This is a wonderful, quiet, gated community and the pier is in your back yard. By appointment only. You may contact me directly to see. $1,900 1 year lease + $1,900 security deposit. In addition, key deposits totaling $600 include the following: 3 access keys (common areas, mailbox and front door), 2 pool fob deposits, 1 pool access pass, 1 car entry remote and 1 guest parking pass (The $600 in key deposits are refundable when returned).
