About This Property
I'm renting the downstairs room with a private bathroom, walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet. The room is in a newly built house with new appliances. I'm looking for a graduate student or professional who is respectful and fairly neat. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of St. Mary's Hospital, Libbie and Grove shops/restaurants, St. Christopher's, and the University of Richmond. The kitchen and living area are spacious. There is a lot of space for the renter to store kitchen items as well. There is a large front and back porch in addition to a large backyard. I'm a teacher. I have three cats and keep the house clean. No extra pets please. Thank you!
6401 Stuart Ave is a house located in Richmond City County and the 23226 ZIP Code.
