This unit is in one of our newer buildings, at Four Seasons II. This unit has a dishwasher, central air conditioning, private deck, is in a limited-access building, is nearly sound-proofed between apts for privacy, with 1-1/2 baths. In this newer building you would pay heat and electricity, but because this is an energy-efficient building, it should run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit! For an additional $95 per month, we can include furniture. It would come with two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $70 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking. There is also a set of laundry machines on every floor in the 2-BR buildings. No pets are allowed. The application fee is $40 for each adult.
