This property is a SHARED 4-bedroom property. We rent out the rooms individually, so you'll be paying for one bedroom and sharing the common area with three other guys. The house is located along a main street in Lancaster, so there's great access to public transportation. It's a 15 minute walk downtown, where there are great dining and shopping options. All utilities are included in this price, including Wifi! A window unit air conditioner comes with the room. It also includes the bed frame and mirror you see in the photo, if wanted. We have a strict no pets, no smoking, no overnight guests, and no parties policy. BEFORE doing a showing, we must receive an application, which includes a background and credit check.
