Adorable condo with beautiful open floor plan, and a few closets of hidden storage! The is a place you can call it home. The HOA is super active and healthy, and you'll see how well maintained the building is. It's a really nice community with only 32 units in total. Homes are rarely available in this small neighborhood. The current tenants have been enjoying this unit for more than 5 years. Swimming pool in front of building. Two parking spaces per unit and plenty of parking for guests. You could be the next tenant live there touching snow in the winter and enjoying the beautiful flowers in the summertime. Coin op. laundry available in the building, and nice clubhouse. Great, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Right size for single or couple. The preferred move-in date February 1st.
