About This Property
This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home has a full fenced in backyard and detached garage. There is washer and dryer hook up. Pets permitted with required fees Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Heat is gas forced air and there is central air in the home. WE CONSIDER EVICTIONS OVER 3 YEARS OLD AND SOME NON VIOLENT FELONIES. PREAPPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO PRIVATE SHOWING. After you fill out your application, please make sure to hit submit, so you do not lose your work. Management will be alerted and will reach out to you : ) The application processing fee is $35.00 and payable only by credit or debit card. Once the application is processed the fee is non-refundable for any reason! LEASING IS RAN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. IF YOU PAY AN APPLICATION FEE YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEED A UNIT. Management will draft and email you your lease for signature, once signed, you will be assigned a task to complete your move in items including remitting your deposit. Deposits are required to be provided prior to lease writing unless you are working with a subsidy. 3. Once all items are returned you will be sent an email or message to set up a time to get keys for your move in date. Keys are not provided in advance of your move in date. I am working with a Real Estate Agent, what is the Process? 1. Your Agent will show you the unit, and you will decide if you are interested. Your Agent will then provide us with our Agent Rental Registration Form. The buyers Agent will then email the Listing Agent with this form. 2. Our team will provide you with our rental application to complete. This application is online, and requires an email address. Application is completed and approved. Once approved you will provide us with your deposit in the form of a cashiers check or money order. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS IF YOU SIGN THE LEASE OR NOT.
