Close to the building right on the corner of 99th St with Queens Blvd are a few basic restaurants such as Tower Diner, Chinese, Spanish and Kosher restaurants, but in Forest Hills, only one train stop away is more of a vibrant nightlife with bars, new popular restaurants, Forest Hills Stadium that has summer concerts, and Austin Street for shopping. On 99th Street, a block from the building is a supermarket, and on Queens Boulevard there is a CTown Supermarket, a local vegetable store, and another supermarket called Net Cost. Also right by the 67th Ave train station on Queens Blvd, there is a CVS pharmacy, dry cleaners, salons, cafes, many banks, and a NY Sports Club. 15 minutes away walking distance from the building, or one stop away at 63rd Drive, is Queens Center Mall including Costco and different department stores. There is Yellowstone Park playground nearby, as well as Flushing Meadows park a few blocks away.
