Broadway is a 6-8 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks, including Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short Uber ride to anything downtown, including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber, with commute times ranging from 1 to 10 minutes. You will be able to access the building and suite with a door code. The building is up against a freeway, and while with all the doors and windows shut you can barely hear the traffic, it's important to note this for very light sleepers.
