Broadway is a 7-8 block walk, and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks, including Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. Commute times by car include 1-2 minutes to Broadway and The Gulch, 3 minutes to Nissan Stadium and WeHo/Soccer Stadium, 6 minutes to 12 South and Vanderbilt, and 10 minutes to Five Point (East Nashville) and Germantown/Sounds Stadium. The building is up against a freeway. With all the doors and windows shut, you can barely hear the traffic, but it's important to note this for very light sleepers. You will use a unique door code for access, with detailed instructions sent via email and text prior to check-in.
