Close to an array of outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking and skiing. Only 4 miles from Linville falls. Lawn care will be up to the tenants as well as power and internet and kerosene for the heater. Some pets will be allowed with a $350 non refundable pet deposit and a $25 per monthly pet rent. There is a dog door in the back door that leads to a fenced in area. Apple tree in the front yard provides some very delicious apples.
