The property would be ok to live at if it wasn't for the management. My daughter moved in mid May @ as of now management has not been able to give her a mail box key. They told her to wait for the mailman in order for her to get her mail. . She has still not been able to see her bills as she hasn't been given an online account in order for her to do her online payments.
Poor excuses hot water never working around the same time of every month I wish I can give these apartments a 0 how can maintenance fixed those kinda issues
My building has no hot water every other week. I just wake up & BOOM! NO HOT WATER! We have no emergency number to contact anyone overnight or the weekends! When you question the front office about anything they act like they don't know nothing! Car's steady getting broken into, but they want to start a visitor's restriction like that's going to solve the problem! HOW ABOUT YOU FIX THE GATE! DUH!
This complex presents itself very nicely, the pictures on here and on their website do not match the reality of every building. The flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms are old and the flooring beneath the carpet has holes in it. Very thin walls, other tenants weed comes through the windows and walls. Maintenance requests are not tended to immediately, which is unacceptable especially for the older and unrenovated buildings. We’ve been dealing with roaches since we moved in 8 months ago, filed maintenance requests and they were closed without being addressed. All this while we’re paying for “pest control” monthly but I killed 3 roaches today and 3 yesterday, even though we spray for bugs ourselves too. It’s a shame. We’ve also been having trouble with our front door and first it didn’t latch at all. Maintenance people came and scraped paint off the top of the door but the entire door and door frame needs to be replaced. My father is a locksmith and said the door had to have been kicked in. This property is really a mess. Maybe the renovated buildings are nicer but I really wouldn’t recommend living here.

I had a virtual tour with Jessie p. Schedule For 4pm. I was advised that I would receive a call at that time. By 4:15 no one called or emailed me. So when I called I spoke with a women who told me that Jessie was handling some computer issues and asked would I like to reschedule I told her that won’t work for me, then I received a call from Brian who advised me the same thing about Jessie and he asked the same question about rescheduling I told him that would t work he then offered to show me the model now, I asked him to see the real apt despite the paint not being done he agreed and said he would call me back once he reached the unit and never called me back when I called back an additional 45 minutes later no one answered the phone. Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn’t be nearly as upset as I am if there weren’t so many false promises being made

I have called this complex home for a couple of years now and things haven't gotten better, even with a change in the management. There is no real communication with the management staff so what one person says another may or may not know. The maintenance staff is a real issue as well. They take their time in fixing things, don't fix things correctly, and then it takes months to get what was supposed to be fixed operational. I have called the regional manager a few times and this was the only way to get what I needed done. This last time however, it has been months since I have had the issue I need fixed even looked at. Please make sure to keep copies of everything because it can become an issue with the lack of communication. I cannot wait until my lease is over! And before anyone from the apartments tries to say contact you, I won't because I have already emailed and contacted you all with no response so what's the point?

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to live. We have been without hot water for over two months. The office don’t care about the issue and always say they have plumbers coming out. If I could I would give them a -10. It doesn’t take over two months to fix a plumbing issue. Plumbers and maintenance should be working around the clock to solve the problem. Especially when you have multiple buildings with this issue. Definitely leaving once my lease is up.

Everything about living here has been horrible! Nothing but liars work in the front office and the attitudes ARE BEYOND ME! Like nobody told you to sign up for this profession. WHERE IS THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?! Maintenance takes days to months to come fix repairs! Take pictures and document everything! It's your word against theirs!

Where to start first and foremost maintenance they might as well not have any before you sign your lease they might as well ask you if you have maintenance ability because your going to be making your own repairs. If you have any flooding or any other serious issues they won’t answer or respond for a WHILE so just be prepared or not don’t live here save yourself the trouble. It says 4 stars yeah maybe out of a 100 stars and someone said quiet yeah they don’t live here come by at night or weekend see for yourself walk around but do so at your own risk this place needs to shut down

The management won’t help you with anything that needs fixing and won’t answer the phone when residents need something. However, when they need something or add last minute charges to your bill, they will send you rude emails and don’t give any notice beforehand.

I am currently a tenant here. These are the worst apartments ever. I have been living here about 6 years. The first 5 years were great. This year on the other hand had been the worst, when I tried top renew the lease the manager never made my lease nor even when is was to late to pay my tent in the beginning of the next month. They tried to charge me $50 late fee when our wasn't my fault that I was late it was theirs because they didn't want to do the paperwork for my renewal. When our was cold my heater went or and I placed a work order. It took me going top the office and yelling at them for them to come and fix it, by then it was to late and my kids had already became sick. Now every time I get home from work I have no hot water. Apparently me and my family are supposed to bathe in freezing cold water I've had to deal with that for about 2 weeks already. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE

These apartments are a scam. We were showed one thing, and moved into something TOTALLY different! Our apartment wasn't ready on time, we also asked for new carpet and flooring in our kitchen because the carpet was nasty and the kitchen was peeling, we were told that would prolong our move in date, when we finally moved in, we didn't have new carpet or a fixed kitchen floor. Also, they put us out a week into us staying there after we had already payed our rent, made me sign the lease, and due to me being on the lease, put an eviction on my credit when i told them in the beginning i had no income & no interest in being co head of household. Don't waste your time or money!!
The first year was perfect. My fiancée and I are on our third year here and we will not be resigning a new lease. Management has changed and communications between apartment dwellers and managing staff have failed. Maintenance is not tentative until weeks after putting in work orders and there are discrepancies when it comes to correct amounts pertaining to what is owed for rent. I recommend this complex as a last, last resort.

The outside is kept nicely. However, they are very slow to fix things inside of the apartment. Some of the staff here are very rude for no reason! Just nasty attitudes. Parking is terrible with all of the construction. There is little to no consideration for the tenets living around all of the construction. The gym and neither of the pools are open and it’s almost July!

My bedroom ceiling leaked for over 2 years and they would just come patch the ceiling and statedd it’s gonna keep happening until the roof is repaired. Finally new management repaired the roof. My a/c and heating go out 2-3 times a year. And it takes forever to get it fixed. It’s 100 degrees and my a/c doesn’t work. I only stay here because I have no options right now. I have a baby and small children that also deal with this. I’m moving as soon as I can!

This place has been horrible since the day we moved in. Changing the name doesn't change the current and ongoing problems. Maintenance and staff are both awful. We turned in our walk through list before moving anything in and NOTHING was fixed. Anytime we have a work order we have to resubmit or make time to go to the office to push for things get fixed. More recently we had to submit a work order repeatedly since October and til this day maintenance has not fixed the problem. They did come by to replace an outside building light and I happened to be home so asked maintenance to see about the ongoing faucet issue, his response was that the part had to be ordered.... ok but this was mid December and it's now the end of February!!!! I have reported this property to BBB. There's a lot of changes and renovations going on which is fine but notifying the CURRENT residents that the mailboxes are being changed and new keys will be issued is necessary!!!!

I have lived here for a several months and the apartment I live is a disaster. Nowhere near as nice as show in the pictures. Maintenance isn't on top of their Job. I've been waiting to get our carpet deep clean for a long while. As much as I clean there is a lot of cockroaches, and fleas. I do not own any pets....literally the worst place.
I have been living @ Arborstone for almost 2 years and the managers are awesome! Erica and MS Dottie are always on point with my service request and keeping my property on point.
Its a peaceful place not much noise even on holidays the evenings are always quiet. The staff is always helpful when fixing a problem you might have.
I can honestly say I love where I live. It's a beautiful environment and my neighbors are friendly. This is my first apartment and they have treated me and my son so well especially the front office workers, they work with you and want you to be comfortable and safe as long as you stay there. It's an awesome community you have things to do for you and your child/children. I feel safe from the security and my neighbors. The apartment itself is nice the appliances are nice especially the counter tops. You should come to Arborstone apartments if you haven't found one yet!
I have lived in this community for three years now and have not had any problems. I like that if there is a problem in my unit it is addressed in a timely manner.
The complex overall is a good place to live. Its quiet for the most part neighbors are friendly. Whenever i have issues with my unit they are always addressed in a timely manner i appreciate that. The only thing that i am not thrilled about is the parking it leaves something to be desired.
I love these apartments. I lived in an A1 for a year. It was small and cozy. It was a great experience for my small family and myself. The only downside is that the neighbors downstairs had a pit bull and after a while there was roaches everywhere. Outside on the walls on the doors in the apartments everywhere. Not ideal for someone with a big dog.
It was okay I'm the beginning. It started to show its true colors at the end. It wasn't green either
