There is a washer and dryer hookup in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer hookup in the basement. We have a washer and dryer front load set available to rent for a separate fee. 2 car attached garage. There is a large fenced backyard that backs up to an abandoned farmers field - one of our favorite features. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and is very family friendly for playing outside. We are located in the Ralston school district - meadows elementary, Ralston’s middle school and Ralston high school. Located approximately 1/2 a mile from an entrance to the bike trail system. Cat and dog friendly - small dogs only and breed based selectivity. Pet rent fees apply. Utilities NOT included in rent. Utilities will be paid directly by renter to MUD, OPPD, and Blackhills. Background check and credit check required. Apply online here or through zill ow. Land lord within 10 minutes of property and available 24/7 if any emergencies were to arise. While almost completely surrounded by sprawling Omaha, Ralston is a separate city dating back to 1907. The location explains the city's motto, "The Heart of the Metro." Ralston is roughly five miles southwest of Downtown Omaha, making apartments in Ralston ideal for commuters.
