My job is relocating me to Southern California in early January, so my roommate and I need to find a new tenant for our lovely apartment! We would be staying for the remainder of our lease if it weren't for my job. Management is very helpful, responsive, and professional. The only maintenance issue I had was my hanging closet door coming off its track, and they were here exactly when I scheduled the appointment. Neighbors are quiet and tolerate loud singing and game nights without complaining. Located close to 101 and 280 Freeways, Stonestown Galleria, Sloat Shopping Center, Westlake Shopping Center, Ocean Beach, and San Francisco State University. There are Muni stops for the 57 on the same street as the complex with direct service to Daly City BART. We won't be able to take all our furniture with us, so you're welcome to the bedroom desk, dining table, chairs, smaller bookshelf, futon, dining bench (under the kitchen counter), and probably more. Otherwise, we're going to either donate them or sell them. Other amenities include: - Walk-in closet + double-door closet + small entryway closet - More kitchen storage space than we know what to do with - Ground floor patio - Free, assigned parking in a gated, underground structure - Pet-friendly - Dry cleaners and laundry (with vending machines!) on site - Free fitness center and classes - Swimming pool and hot tub - Continental breakfast every Saturday - Picnic area with BBQs and tennis courts Please email us if you would like to schedule a tour or see more photos. I work remotely and will most likely be able to accommodate any time, but we will both be out of town for the week of Thanksgiving. We can move out earlier if you need a place before January 8th
