The front deck enjoys the western facing views and plenty of room for sitting, or container gardening. The included 2 off-street parking spots are located off the back alley: allowing a level entry into the unit. A lower-level garage space is also included. Water/sewer/garbage is included in the rent for two tenants and is $50/mo. for each additional person. All serious applicants will be asked to meet for a walkthrough. Criteria include verified collective income of at least 3X the monthly rent, a credit score of 670 or higher, with no negative reporting, and verified positive rental history with no evictions. Tours are by appointment only due to tenants still occupying the unit. Terms: 1st month’s rent, security deposit (= to one month’s rent), 12-month lease. No smoking. No pets.
