Bathroom with shower (no tub), laminate flooring, ac/heater unit and plentiful natural light. Off-street parking is readily available. You would share the washer/ dryer as well as the outdoor patio/dining/lounge/ bbq grill area. We are a family of 3 including child so they may be outside playing. Conveniently and centrally located with close proximity to sdsu, various hospitals, the San Diego airport, the southern California coastline, and fantastic freeway access to the 94, 8, 805, 15, and 163 freeways. Available for a month or more. Sorry no pets as we are allergic. Move in ready. Smoking is ok on patio. Tenant shares the prorated utilities and wifi (estimated at $100 per month). 1st month, 1 month deposit, renters insurance and application fee (for credit and background check) is required.
