Broken security system for most of 3 years, countless security issues, cars stolen, cars broken into, packages stolen, filthy hallways and common areas, random people breaking into the building and sleeping in the hallways, and absolutely unprofessional and unkind office staff. Would not recommend this building to anyone.
The management is responsive and attentive, apartments are beautiful, spacious, and not overly expensive like others in Miami. Walking distance from shops and restaurants.
Great experience so far! Ynarvy and Adriana have made our application process and move-in experience smooth. The apartment was ready and cleaned for us before our move-in and the staff is so attentive. We love the area and the amenities so far.
The property lacks real management. I've ignored all other things but tonight I can't ignore the fact that it's been raining all day and the ceiling has a literal crack in it above our bad and is now leaking water on us. I call to place an emergency maintenance call and the response is, yeah we have a lot of calls coming in about this and nothing can be done until tomorrow. This is how you handle things when we pay the most outrageous prices in this building!? The club room is always filthy and even though there are rules to keep it clean, there are rules about smoking in the building, rules about the gym, rules about the parking, it seems that an email from the property manager "threatening" to do something is all that happens, and NOTHING HAPPENS! The front doors break constantly, the callbox is ALWAYS offline and needing repairs. For what we pay, this can't seriously be thought of as acceptable. This place is NOT a luxury apartment. I've been in other apartments and they are nicer than this and cheaper. KEEP LOOKING!
Looking for an apartment I took a tour of this building last month. What I found was that the price does not match the quality anymore. Let me start by saying I took a tour about 3 years ago and the building was pristine. I believe the tour rep was named Mike. Unfortunately I could not afford to live there at that time. Now that I could afford it I took another tour. Wow, just wow. What happened to this building? It is gross. The carpets are stained beyond belief. The walls in hallway are very neglected and dirty. The game room walls are nasty. It appears they now allow the tenants to install their own locks, leaving obvious missing paint around locks because the locks are not in keeping with the rest of the building. I did not see Mike, so there must be new management and it shows. I wonder if the Graham company is aware of the lack of management and attention to the building. Thank you, but no thank you. Staff is nice, but that does not make up for the state of this building. Definitely going elsewhere.
I just moved in about three months ago. Truly regret it. I thought I was moving into a "luxery" apartment. The only thing luxerious about this place is the price. Now that I live in the building I am noticing how neglegted it is. The carpets are putrid and smell. This is every floor,trust me I checked. In addition there are so many scuff marks, dings, chipped paint, etc. on EVERY floor/wall in the bulding and management ignores it. Its apparent she doesnt care. I have been here for three months and none of the issues I mentioned have been attended to. As a matter a fact it just keeps getting worse and worse. Previous properties I have lived at, the manager or a crew member walks the halways once a month and makes sure touch ups are attended to. Save your money until a new property manager comes on board. This one is oblivious or just palin doesnt care. Turst me other than the price there is literally nothing "luxurious" about theses buildings. High priced dirty, neglected building. Cant wait for my lease to be up to move to a true "luxery" apartment. Frankly the fact that they call themselves a "luxery" apartment is bordering on false advertising.
We moved in shortly after the building opened a few years ago and love it so much we have not left! The property is well-kept, the office staff are nice, and it is just an all-around great place to live.
Moving to 6600 main was such an easy decision for me. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is just amazing. From the moment, I walked through that door this place felt like home to me. Ynarvy, Adriana and Selene immediately greeted me with a heart warm smiles that just made me feel at home. My move to this place was very smooth because the entire team made sure that everything was just perfect, you can absolutely tell they loves what they do because they are absolutely amazing at it. The Management Office has a lot to do with residents feeling at home and 6600 main they has done an excellent job making residents feel right at home! I was so lucky to have to have found this place before it Leased Up!!! Great People, Amazing Place! I absolutely love living here. Special thanks to Miguel and the whole maintenance team for always doing the extra step to making sure this property is kept to the highest standards.
I moved to 6600 Main back in August of 2022. Ynarvy was the one helping in my moving process, making everything very smooth and easy. The office staff is very attentive to residents needs and concerns. Apartments and very spacious and modern. If you are looking for a luxury, quiet, and clean environment this is the place to be.
I have lived in 6600 Main for a couple of years. The apartments are beautiful and resemble a resort style. The process to move in was super smooth. Ynarvys, helped me and was attentive. We just moved into 6600 Main and we love it! The leasing office staff has helped to make our transition to our new apartment as easy as possible. Any time we have any questions or need help with anything from locating a package to something needing to be fixed in out apartment they are always willing to help. They are super friendly and the Maintenance Staff is always very quick to respond to any requests that we put in. All of the amenities are amazing and everything is well maintained! I would recommend this property to anyone looking at moving to Miami Lakes!
I applied with my boyfriend, but we were denied because he is self employed. We sent them all the documentations to prove that we had the financial ability to pay rent, but they still denied us. Their criteria makes it impossible for anyone who is self employed to apply, even though we have great credit scores, great references, and the financial ability to pay rent. Then they tried to offer us an apartment of the same size at one of their sister buildings. Does not make any sense. Do not apply here! Do not waste your time and money!

6600 Main is a class act. From the modern appointments inside to the tropical pool and garden areas outside, there is nothing more you could ask for. The pool is huge, plenty of grills, the mail room is state of the art with a separate Amazon locker room and a dog wash room. It is super quiet and brand new. We love the staff and the security. The lovely town is walkable to many restaurants, the movie theater, shops and salons. Happy to call 6600 Main home.

Our moving process from start to finish was fantastic! Top level communication was provided between us and the management team (thank you so much Mike!!), they were so patient and worked with us in the smallest details. Moving is always a bit stressful but with this team, they made everything so easy and we are so thankful. They are the best. I cannot begin to say this has been by far the best community my husband and I have lived in. Mariela and Mike are the most professional managers we have ever encountered. We moved to this property December 2019; we are so happy with our decision to move to Miami Lakes. The building feels like a hotel, everything is so clean and smell so good. Mike in the listing office is the nicest guy. We enjoyed everything in here to the max; the pool view, the amount of parking, the business center, the bike storage. Everything is so perfect. The maintenance service is super quick and attentive. The only negative thing I have to say is the fact that the planes pass straight over the building so close and loud, even with everything closed with impact doors and windows you are going to hear them. Special thank you to Inarbys that show us this beautiful apartment.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to 6600 and it is definitely the nicest place we’ve ever rented at. The building is modern, quiet and always clean. From the moment we first toured here, the entire staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Mike particularly is always checking up on us making sure we are pleased with our new place, he really goes above and beyond. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner, and you can see them constantly improving the building. There is a variety of different layouts that all had their pros so it was hard to choose exactly which one we wanted. The town of Miami Lakes is pretty centrally located in NW Miami and everything you need/ want is within a short drives distance, including the shops of Main street which are walkable from the apartment complex. The community itself feels extremely safe being across from town hall and there is security constantly driving around.
From the day we toured our unit, my partner and I fell in love with this property. When we officially moved in, Ynarvy, Mariela, and Mike from the staff made us feel welcomed, and the amenities have deemed to be very useful. The gym has followed safety guidelines, along with all the members of the staff. The office space is ideal to conduct work whenever my partner has company over. The pool view is scenic and peaceful, not to mention this being located in the heart of Miami Lakes with so many restaurants surrounding the location. The few times I have had to place a maintenance request, the staff has responded promptly. Overall I have had a great experience at 6600 main.

I was the first resident of the community in early 2019. Since day one, both the leasing staff and the maintenance staff have been beyond amazing - the customer service here is really above and beyond what I have seen elsewhere. The community itself is new, modern, luxurious, and most importantly - peaceful. The ammenities (pool, gym, conference room, and common areas) are beyond expectations and are always kept clean. The community is also in a great area in Miami Lakes, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and covenience stores. I highly recommend 6600 Main to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
I am renting at the 6600 Main and its the best apartment I have lived in. Brand new complex. It is located downtown Miami Lakes. You can walk out of your apartment and right into the shopping center and restaurants. The staff is incredible (Especially Micheal who helped me with everything) and will always be there to resolve any issues. The maintenance is also very sweet and quick to fix everything right when asked. The apartment gym is the best gym I have seen for an apartment complex. I am always in my balcony enjoying a nice cup of wine. Its always quite and relaxing. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Yes the place is very pleasing to look at on the outside and inside but the walls are super thin you have no privacy. The office is a rip off they don’t like to give security deposits back. Graham properties charged me for pet stain removal $600 when my dog never been on the carpet but just by knowing I had a dog. They have asked questions about who entered my apartment like how do you know. They look at your pairs on camera..... constantly harassed about noise or smoke when I don’t even smoke. Do not mine here. Save your money it’s a complete rip off.

To clean or just simply enjoy a Sunday early afternoon in your balcony or have kids that may like to play in the house on weekends. I advise you don’t consider this property. As per that will only cause you to have a security guard knocking or more like banging on your door not asking but demanding you to lower your music because he can hear it from your front door (lets keep in mind the doors are not the made from the thickest materials out there). With your kids if they run around the apartment the down stairs tenant can hear their foot steps and well there goes anther complain/email. Maybe I was just unlucky buy getting these neighbors that will complain every Sunday I want to clean my house with some music or my kids want to play a little before bedtime on the weekends. To top if off here comes Monday followed up by an email from the office. I understand we all have to respectful but they should considered other peoples life style also, I dont feel like music on a sunday at 11am - to around 1pm should be a issue or my kids playing in there house. Besides that the building it self is nice and the maintenance people are great. Still I will not be renewing my lease in this property. I recommend if you have similar likes to mine vet your property carefully and see other options in the area.
I'm not exaggerating, 6600 Main is the best apartment I have live in. Brand new complex. It is located downtown Miami Lakes. You can walk out of your apartment and right into the shopping center and restaurants. The staff is incredible and will always be there to resolve any issues. The apartment gym is the best gym I have seen for an apartment complex. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
