Overall, it is on the upswing. The street on which Rebecca is located is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly, with a half dozen empty lots on the block where new homes will be built in early 2024. Some traffic noise can be heard, (especially in the back yard) from 1st Avenue N, one street to the north (behind the house). A well-kept church is on one side of the house. As in any city, it is wise to be aware of your surroundings at all times.
