The first months rent is HALF OFF! Available for 12-16 month lease. This lower half duplex is access through the gate on the North side of the property. As you enter in to the living room, you'll notice how open the space is. There is a large living room that flows in to the kitchen which is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, mounted microwave, and gas range. Just off the kitchen is the utility room, equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are located in a row on the South side of the unit. The first bedroom is well sized with a full sized closet and large windows to let in natural light. The second bedroom is also well sized, but has a set of French doors that provide outside access to the enclosed yard. The third bedroom, located closest to the kitchen, is the largest and has an en-suite full bathroom. Between the second and third bedrooms is a full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit gets sole access to the two car garage and the fully enclosed backyard. The entire home is heated and cooled through central air.
