No sound proofing at all
Rented a condo in this building for a year. Great location, nice upgrades in our unit, but there is absolutely no sound proofing in this building. The walls are paper thin. If you have neighbors above you, you will hear nothing but pounding if they are walking around. We had neighbors below us and when they played music our floor would vibrate. We could hear the people above us if they sneezed or used the bathroom. It was more noisy than living in a college dorm.
