Positive rental references required for all applicants: Please provide names and phone numbers of each property manager for each address for the last three years. (Housemate references are not acceptable) Failure to disclose an address of record in the last three years is cause for an application to be rejected. A negative reference or he refusal of a prior mgr to give reference - may be grounds for rejection of your application. An Eviction action or an Unlawful Detainer action may be basis for rejection of your application. If no rental references are available within the last 3 years please provide the last known rental reference. Income verification required: Please provide your Employers' name and phone number for verification of the last 2 years employment.
